SUSTAINABILITY + RESPONSIBILITY
ELEMENTS BY LAND products are made to order, which means each product is produced specifically for you. This method avoids overproduction and textile waste.
All products are printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing tech is made with sustainability in mind, and our printing partner’s DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.
The inks used for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. Our partner takes care to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines, so we’re not harming the environment.
SHIPPING + PRIVACY
As of December 2020: All items ordered will have delayed shipping of about 1-2 weeks more than estimated below. Wishing everyone a safe space and good health during this difficult time of COVID-19.

Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. If an item is ordered that becomes unavailable or delayed, ELEMENTS BY LAND will immediately send a notification via email. Once the order is processed, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with the shipping tracking number.
DOMESTIC U.S.
U.S. shipping will be sent with USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks in total for processing and shipping within the U.S.
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping will be sent with USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-4 weeks in total for processing and shipping for international orders.
PRIVACY
ELEMENTS BY LAND respects the privacy of each customer. By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Any information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without permission. Customer information will be used for the sole purpose of filling the order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
RETURNS
ELEMENTS BY LAND accepts returns on items within 15 days of purchase. If the item was purchased beyond 15 days, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, ELEMENTS BY LAND will send an email to notify that the returned item has been received. Included in the email is the approval or rejection of the refund request. If the refund is approved, ELEMENTS BY LAND will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, depending on the bank.
EXCHANGES
ELEMENTS BY LAND will replace items if only they are damaged or defective upon customer receipt. For orders outside of the U.S., shipping costs for returning any items are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Depending on the location of where the exchanged item is shipping, the time it may take may vary.
